Delivery and set up of all wedding florals included. Any floral repurposing between ceremony and reception will be worked out with day-of coordinator or venue staff. Option to add on post-reception breakdown available upon request.

Couples chose from one of four color palettes curated by Crescent Cottage Blooms and inspired from Major Arcana tarot cards. The Star (Classic White), The Sun (Sunny Sky-Inspired), The Empress (Bright & Whimsical), and The High Priestess (Mauve Neutrals).
Within the color palette selected, couples can shop for individual, pre-priced arrangements ranging from bouquets & boutonnieres to centerpieces & bud vases.
Pick-up is required and no set up is included with A la Carte offerings. A la carte offerings are pre-curated and they are generally more budget friendly because there is no customization or substitutions and no set-up labor required. Items are purchased individually, however there is a minimum investment of $500.

What is the process for booking a full service wedding?
1) Inquire with your wedding date and I will get back to you within 72 hours to let you know if I'm available for your date. Reach out via our contact page by clicking here.
2) Upon confirming date availability, I'll send you an pre-consult questionnaire for you to complete and return to me before our consult call/meeting. You will also upload any inspo photos you have or share your Pinterest. Your responses will give me the details I need to get a feel for your vibe, aesthetic, and individual needs as well as your budget. Don't worry if you don't know all the details yet, as it is still early on in your planning process, we can always revisit this as needed! This is just to give me a general idea of what you are looking for.
3) I will put together an initial custom proposal/quote based on your responses to the questionaire and we will have a consultation call to go over the proposal and any modifications. I'm dedicated to working with you to determine how to best maximize your budget AND get you as much on your wishlist as possible within that budget. I love figuring out ways to repurpose florals throughout the day and offering suggestions on how to stretch your budget. I will make changes to the initial quote based on any modifications discussed in the consultation call and provide a modified proposal within 72 hours.
4) Once you decide you want to move forward I will send a contract. A signed contract and 10% or $500 deposit (whichever is more) is required upon booking to secure your date.
5) Communication remains open leading up to your big day, so please keep me updated if you have any changes to your initial vision or color palate! Please continue to send any inspo photos and feel free to reach out at any point to discuss your ideas! Modifications to the quote can be made up to 30 days before the wedding as long as the total does not drop below the $3,000 minimum investment. Any substantial increase in scope of services must be discussed 2 months before the wedding.
6) The week of your wedding we will be in contact as needed! Final invoice issued the week of the wedding and the remaining balance is due before or upon delivery.
7) Delivery and install will be coordinated with the day-of coordinator or venue staff before the wedding and executed accordingly.
